Roma holder Thomas DiBenedetto believes club captain Francesco Totti can stake a claim to being the best player over the last 50 years. DiBenedetto, who finished his takeover of the club earlier this year, is command to reinstate the club back at the top of Italian football, and has spared no expense in his upgrading plans.
